Jason enjoys helping others reach their fullest potential, whether its working with teens as a Youth Pastor, leading worship teams or teaching music to kids and adults. Before finishing his Bachelors in Music Education degree, Jason toured full time doing about 300 concerts a year, all over the US and Canada performing in churches, youth conferences, prisons and camps. Jason has also been a youth pastor and later a music pastor in Michigan, Ohio, Washington and Georgia with church staffs ranging from 300-5500 in regular attendance with various denominations. With over 25 years in ministry, Jason has learned what the church needs from its staff and what a staff needs from church leadership. This perspective makes him uniquely qualified to connect the right people to the right position from all parts of the country.
